For over 17 years, Moqueca Restaurant has been a proud ambassador of authentic Brazilian cuisine in California. Founded by a family passionate about food and hospitality, the restaurant was born from a mission to offer a unique experience: combining fresh ingredients, traditional recipes, and warm service in a space that celebrates Brazil.

Our specialties include capixaba-style moquecas served in clay pots, seafood dishes, grilled meats, traditional appetizers, and classic Brazilian desserts. Everything is prepared with care, blending time-honored techniques with a contemporary touch.

Today, we operate two locations: one in Oxnard, with a stunning marina view, and another in Thousand Oaks, nestled in the heart of the city.
